Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of application
These terms and conditions apply to contracts between Social Hair Suisse, Ms. Egla, Dreikönigstrasse 10, 8001 Zurich, and business clients regarding practice-oriented social media workshops and social media management.
2. Conclusion of the contract
The website serves for informational purposes. A binding contract is formed through the written acceptance of an offer, an order confirmation, or a clearly confirmed booking.
3. Services
The scope of services, duration, dates, price, and obligations to cooperate shall be determined by the respective quote or order confirmation. Additional services shall be agreed upon separately.
4. Customer Cooperation
The customer provides the required information, access, approvals, and content in a timely manner. They confirm that they possess the necessary rights and consents for provided images, videos, and depictions of persons.
5. Prices and Payment
The prices, installments, and payment deadlines of the accepted offer or order confirmation apply. Invoices are to be paid within the agreed period.
6. Appointments and Cancellations
Agreed appointments are binding. Postponement and cancellation conditions are specified in the respective quote or order confirmation.
7. Third-party platforms
Social Hair Suisse cannot guarantee a specific reach, number of followers, inquiries, or sales. Platform changes, bans, and outages of Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok are beyond our control.
8. Rights of Use
Upon full payment, the customer receives the agreed-upon usage rights for individually created content. Pre-existing methods, templates, concepts, and training materials remain protected.
9. Data Protection and Confidentiality
Both parties handle confidential information with care. Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy and applicable Swiss law.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to directly caused damages. Indirect damages, lost profits, and consequences of platform changes or content approved by the customer are excluded. Mandatory statutory liability remains reserved.
11. Term and Termination
The duration and termination of care services are based on the accepted offer or order confirmation. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains reserved.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, to the extent permitted by law.
